They used to be awesome, not sure what’s happened. Very poor service lately, no one answers or returns calls. Would love to change this review if someone would simply get back to me.
LKQ is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Absolutely incompetent customer service and they couldn't care less about their job/customer.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience with LKQ concerning a Ford Fusion transmission that I ordered. I placed my order on Tuesday and was repeatedly told that the transmission would be ready for pickup. The pickup date was delayed several times. Finally, on June 19, 2026, I was informed that the transmission was ready and available for pickup. Based on that information, I took time off work and traveled to your location.
