Ever since they laid off great employees after the pandemic you’ll lose all of your brain cells trying to order parts from these guys. They’ll promise you a delivery date just for them to delay it. Never ordering from them again.
Long time customer of LKQ, but hard to find good agents. Nancy B is one of, if not, the best agent I had the liberty to deal with. Will be only dealing with her going forward. Can't say enough how helpful she is, and will ensure parts get delivered. Thank you thank you Nancy B!!
