This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to reach them for the past 3 days—either I get transferred multiple times or end up waiting on hold for nearly 1 hours with no real help. It’s extremely frustrating, and honestly, I feel bad for other customers who have to go through the same thing.
