If there were minus stars that is what i would give to rate this company service experience. After trying several waays to call in and talk to a person I was initially only given one option...to provide info for a health monitor device. in hindsight I could probably use that device to monitor my blood pressure when I FINALLY did get a person on the phone. By that time I had heard the "hold" recording about 50 times telling me how LKQ was one stop shopping place for truck parts. I had been on hold for 30 minutes. He asked me ... read more
