Horrible experience with this company. Both my brother and i purchased engines from them within about a week of each other for 2 separate vehicles. My experience, they shipped me an engine with bent valves, rust throughout the interior, and a few other issues. None of this was visible before install. Filed a warranty claim, they replaced the engine, but told me i had to eat the cost of the install because it was my fault. I should have checked the engine first before install. Very very slow. Standing in line for literally 35 minutes and not even 1 customer being served. Talking to each. They just move around . Cashier is even slower
Customer service is crap Been calling for days ... Someone picks up then put the call on hold ...
These guys are cool af. Requested a roof rack but it was missing 2 mounts for my 2014 Odyssey. So they got me another one, crossbars and all with no issue. They also got me an AC compressor that was very affordable. Installed it, oiled it, recharged the system and have been cool for the last week.
