WHICH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS - I'VE SEEN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOTHING LIKE THAT EVER IN MY LIFE. WE HAVE 5 SHOPS AND WE ORDER FROM THERE DECENT AMOUNT OF TIMES, EVERYTIME WE CALL SERVICE GETS WORST AND WORST. Bought an engine for my 2017 Ford fusion with them, first I had bought one that had 89k miles on it and they said it would get delivered 3 days later. Then on the day of the supposed delivery I called to confirm the time it would get there so my mechanic would be ready for it, the sales guy then told me that the engine had a broken part to it that the driver noticed when going to deliver it there for the driver never even picked it up to bring to my mechanic.
