Bought an engine for my 2017 Ford fusion with them, first I had bought one that had 89k miles on it and they said it would get delivered 3 days later. Then on the day of the supposed delivery I called to confirm the time it would get there so my mechanic would be ready for it, the sales guy then told me that the engine had a broken part to it that the driver noticed when going to deliver it there for the driver never even picked it up to bring to my mechanic. Wide variety of quality used parts highly recommend
I just called twice looking for a part for my car, I was extremely respectful on the phone, the female associate that answered was extremely rude and acted like I was stupid for not knowing everything about the part and told me to call back when I figured it out. I called back a bit later and was answered by the male equivalent of her, extremely rude and again acted like I was stupid for not knowing exactly what I was talking about.
