I purchased a transmission for my 2016 Nissan Rogue from LKQ Corporation and paid an extra $700 for an extended warranty. The part arrived incomplete and with mechanical issues. I am very disappointed with my experience at LKQ Auto Parts in Leominster, MA. On January 30, 2026, I ordered a transmission for my 2016 Nissan Rogue and was promised delivery within one week. As of February 11, the part was still not delivered. I was informed that if I waited for delivery, it could take an additional two days. Very bad experience. I ordered 6 parts for my vehicle and they never arrived. The company kept my money for a long time without resolving the issue. I was counting on those parts to fix my car so I could travel and visit my family for Christmas, but that never happened. Very disappointing service and lack of responsibility. I do not recommend this company.
