Heidi was incredibly honest and open—she told me the truth: there was no procedure that would successfully achieve my goal, and moving forward would just be a waste of money. I truly appreciated her honesty. To my surprise, I wasn’t even charged for the consultation. It’s rare to come across businesses like this these days!
