Called to ask questions and get a quote on fixing a part wouldn’t give me an answer said they would call back never did. Asked a tech several times he kept saying that they would have to scan which I said was fine just wanted a quote. Doesn’t seem like they want to work or deal with Mercedes. Very poor customer experience for calling to ask for a quote.
Recently brought my BMW X3 to LKN EuroWorks, they had a very fair estimate as well as gave the reassuring quality work i was looking for with pictures and even an in depth explanation from one of their mechanics. I appreciate the attention to detail and always being available!
LKN EuroWorks was amazing! Their service was top notch. Dropped the car off at 4:30pm and was ready first thing the next morning. I appreciated the time they took to look everything over, and topping off any fluids that were needed. Will be back for sure!
