What an amazing experience I had At LKN first visit. I dropped my car on Monday night to get my brakes done got it back on Tuesday afternoon I had a great experience. Thank you for taking care of my car you guys rock.
They were great. Very honest and transparent. Brought in my ‘18 Jeep Safari for 60k mile maintenance and to diagnose my rear differential. There was definitely something wrong and per the warranty, they would have to open it up and replace and rebuild, since the outer case wasn’t cracked. Told me they didn’t have the tools nor knowledge, but referred me to a Jeep specialized repair shop (which turned out great). LKN didn’t try to do it themselves and provided a referral. Always 5* service and I've been a customer for years. The past service included replacing a couple of tire pressure sensors, oil change, and tires rotated. Tom and Santi always take the best care of me. Unlike dealerships, they are completely honest and fair. I have used them for tires, brakes, replacing a side mirror, rear view camera, spark plugs and each and every time I am treated superbly. THANK YOU TOM AND TEAM!
A while back I took my older truck with a manual transmission here. Asked for a diagnosis/quote on a problem, which I described as the shifter having a harsh trembling while in or out of gear. I got an extremely long list of recommended repairs. Not a mechanic, but not all would have anything to do with related diagnosis I gave.
