We didn’t hire them - but they trimmed our bushes when they were working in the neighbor’s yard. It wouldn’t have been so bad but we had pruned them to maintain height as a screen between us and the neighbor’s patio. LKM did come out the next day and admitted they had mistakenly cut bushes on our property. We asked for a discounted quote to remove and replace the bushes with arborvitaes. We reached out at the end of the summer of 2023 and spoke with Daniel McClure. He came out to our house, had a conversation with us and we told him what we wanted. My wife and I were honestly not expecting the work to even be able to begin at the earliest spring of 2024. to our surprise, Danielle informed me that they would be able to get the work completed before Christmas. The work was fine, but I got sent to collections after having received absolutely ZERO invoices. Absolutely appalling business practice. I'll never use them again. If you use them--be careful! Not one phone call....I had paid all my bills as soon as I received an invoice--didn't it seem odd that I didn't send a check? Nope. Ridiculous. Like I said--appalling business practices. I'll find someone else to hire.
