Dave Small doesn’t respond whatsoever! I have had to cancel all my policies he managed due to his incompetence! When I first started using him I referred him to a close friend and he has BS’d her too! She too is canceling her policy and he can’t even get that done. I do not recommend him or LKM at all!!
Agent David Small lied about being able to get us a better policy, ignored phone calls, ignored texts, ignored emails, and cost us a lot of money! DO NOT USE!
