I have been their client for over 5 years now. Never once dissapointed.
Disappointing service and haircut. Long wait time. Booked an appointment for 2 at 10:15, came on time and waited until 10:40 to get serviced. My boyfriend went first and right after his cut, sat someone else down before me (this person came in 20 minutes after us). Hair stylist was ready to check us out until he realized that I have not yet gotten my hair cut. I was blatantly ignored.
