Owner Logan Hentschel runs an excellent service! He is a very nice man with a heart of gold. He arrived at my home at the time he said he would. He is friendly, with an excellent sense of humor. He explained to me what he would be doing to find out what the problem was with my heating. He was here for a short time and had diagnosed the problem and had ordered the parts within about 30 minutes. New system installation was great. Guys are great to work with. Responsive. Fair price. Realized I needed a dryer vent install - they made it happen. Needed to get things turned on off-schedule - they made it happen. Would totally use LKH again.
15 minutes & 8 days of PURE FRUSTRATION erased! No question goes unanswered! No HIGH pressure sales, just FACTS, FACTS with self seen evidence! My interaction w/LKH HEATING absolutely SAVED MY LIFE! CO2 levels AFTER 20 minutes of getting my unit online, it was immediately shut down! The end result I can LIVE with! EXCELLENT SERVICE! They deserve 3 more GOLD STARS & I stand by my Statement!
