Very sweet people to work with and they explain the leasing process very well. I definitely recommend this property management company, made me feel less stress about renting and other legal stuff
If I could give negative stars I would. They asked if we wanted to renew, we replied yes well before deadline given. They ignored these emails and gave the house away without our knowledge. When confronted they said it was our problem even though they got our emails and are just too unorganized to correctly file it. And instead of owning up to it they continued to repeat “it’s your communication problem” although we communicated they just don’t know how to do their jobs.
