My siding, gutters, soffits, shutters, entry door, and storm door were replaced. Additionally, surrounds were added for the entry and garage doors. I absolutely love the new look and have received compliments from my neighbors. I particularly appreciated how the owner presented the proposal, which clearly outlined the cost of each project. It was also helpful that they offered options to choose from, which could potentially lower the overall cost. I’m already planning to use their services again soon!
LKC recently completed our roof, island, and a small basement renovation. We were quoted a very fair price and we are pleased with the results and the timelines of the projects . We will definitely consider LKC again for any home project needs.

LKC was a great company. Craig was very professional and helped us with a project that was critical but not huge that most others would not have taken. His team completed the work in a timely manner, even with a surprise, and left things better than before.

No bullshit, no trying to upsell, just listening to what you want and giving you options. The only reason they came in the house while doing the job was because we requested a change in one window. I highly recommend them and we are working with them now on our deck so that should let you know how much we appreciate the work they do.
