I feel like they didn’t diagnose the issue properly and just replaced parts without checking the real cause. Really disappointing experience.
I’m very disappointed with this service. My truck had a charging problem, and the issue was the alternator. But instead of properly diagnosing it, they replaced 4 batteries and charged me $975. After just 3 hours, my truck broke down again with the same issue. They completely ignored the real problem. Felt like they just wanted to make money instead of helping. Definitely not satisfied and won’t recommend to anyone.
