Never did her job as property manager. She put the next door neighbor in charge to watch our every move and constantly accused us of things we didn’t do all because the next door neighbor would spit lies. She had no knowledge of city laws and had to get city hall involved. I threatened to sue both her and the neighbor for defamation of character. This management company represents my only investment condo. They are extremely attentive with detailed month end reports and an extensive contractor vendor list for repairs. When ever my tenant needed something they would fill out an online request. That request would be reviewed and sent to me (the owner) for review. It was not uncommon for repair requests to be completed within 24 hours of receipt. Also offered to tenants is online payment for monthly rent. Really bad treatment for the tenants, forget about any promises they make to you while they repair your unit. Really un-professional, really bad experience. Save your self a lot of trouble.
To add onto the other review, please don’t waste your time with these people. All they want is your money, and will do anything to take it from you. Kathleen Cook has no care in the world for your family or well being, and as long as they get what they want, they will leave you behind in the dust. Their apartments never have hot water or working apliences, and the money you pay is not worth the monthly rent. Find somewhere else, at the end they will take your money and all of what you have!
