I have gone to many nail shops before, and this has to be the worst nail shop experience.I have not only was the customer service lackluster.For dharma pedicure, she was hurting me and did even put cuticle softener, but then proceeded to attempt to remove an ingrown.In addition to that, they chose me sixteen dollars after I told them I no longer wanted to proceed with the service.
This was my first time coming to this nail salon, and she did an amazing job! I got exactly what I wanted, and she gave me great feedback throughout the process. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Made my appointment and once again was asked to come back, they dont respect your appointment best thing to do is walk in. They took someone while i was waiting because i had 5 min before my appointment
