Where to start. I wanted my car to be checked by professional. I've done booking at 9:30AM and received call at 3:45PM if they can reschedule it. That means for a while day no one even looked at it ? Had a very hard experience running away from my cairns woman..But i went here and they really took care of my needs after being told my alternator was ok by another mechanic it failed..:( and these people were so great in helping i can only give 5 stars. Great and clean facilities and excellent help.
