Gave me a verbal quote to replace the clutch and we made an appointment based on that. When I arrived to the appointment, they told me that the parts will cost them more than what they quoted me, and they won't do the job for that price. Very disappointing. I think a proper shop should verify costs before giving any quotes and waste people's time. I should probably mention that the staff were polite, and I only heard good things about this shop, but this was my personal experience.
