Our truck needed work done. Everything agreed upon, keys were left in the truck. Regardless of all that. They said they would call, for some unknown reason there was no call. And why have to call or confirm anything. Try opening the truck, even if you somehow couldn't find the key. You could have installed the parts. I believe you already have our account anyway. I don't understand what the issue was. Sorry the key was a little hidden. But if you woulda opened the door and sat in the seat. You'd find that key real quick. Up... read more
Very professional and quick to respond. Found L&K auto through google when my car didn't start before work & they came out and did a diagnostic the next day. After they assessed the damage they were able to come to my job and fix the issue in a timely manner and I was up and running within a few hours. Because of the quick response and their extensive knowledge, I will go through them when I need anything done on my car. Amazing service! We were visiting the area for the weekend, and ran into some car trouble. We called in the morning and talked to Larry. He was at our condo within the hour. He was fast and efficient and great to talk too. We were heading home by early afternoon. What could have been a whole day delay ended up being a an hour. Highly recommend!!! Thanks again Larry!
I never used a mobile mechanic before, but after reading the great reviews I called for a quote . The price was very fair compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. The communication was great. He gave me several appointments to choose from .I scheduled very quickly. He did a great job on a big fix. I'm so impressed by the service & I'm no longer embarrassed by my engine smoking at red lights! I should have called weeks ago. Highly recommend.
