Extremely disappointing experience with the salesperson and delivery service. I dealt with a salesperson named Matt, and unfortunately, his attitude, communication and way of speaking to customers were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially after paying a large amount of money.
