I rented a property from Tim and as a professional with previous homeownership and my own rental properties in my past he is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. He can't produce receipts for charges he says he did, didn't follow state protocol of a check list at check out of the lease and charged for things he did not disclose in the check out. Tim is a really good guy with fair pricing. His crew does solid work with great customer service skills. We are very pleased with a fairly extensive bathroom, laundry room, guest room, garage remodel they did for us last fall (2015) David

Tim actually always followed up quickly and was prompt in giving me a quote however he was never able to follow through. July 7th - Comes out and gives me a quote July 8th - Emails me a quote saying he underquoted originally and it is now several hundred dollars higher July 11th - I let him know I need to get my finances in order to do the job. LJM repaired my deck that had serious water damage. Tim came and gave me an estimate the same day that I called and they promtly got to work on the project the following day, which was a Saturday. The project ended up being much bigger than expected due to serious water damage we found and they were completely on top of it. They finished in a week even though is was Fourth of July week. They did good work and I can't be happier. I would recommend LJM.
