So pleased with my initial visit at OAW and Dr. Bogunovic. She was friendly, listened, spoke with clarity and at my level of medical knowledge. I have also been impressed with the follow up emails and phone calls from several different departments. I have surgery scheduled here this week and feel very confident in the comprehensive care that I will be receiving.
Doctor never came to visit me after surgery. She briefed my significant other while I was in recovery for less than 30 seconds and left. Communication for pain control after surgery was Very poor. If Prohealthcare weren’t their choice hospital they would’ve gotten a higher review from me overall.
