Doctor never came to visit me after surgery. She briefed my significant other while I was in recovery for less than 30 seconds and left. Communication for pain control after surgery was Very poor. If Prohealthcare weren’t their choice hospital they would’ve gotten a higher review from me overall.
Dr. Bogunovic was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated her honesty and ability to provide several treatment options for me to choose from. Thank you Dr. Bogunovic for providing me hope to relieve my knee pain.
Dr. Bogunovic and her team were phenomenal. They took the time to clearly explain my injury, answer every question, and make sure I understood my options. You can genuinely tell she cares about her patients. She was actually my second opinion, and I seriously considered having her do my surgery instead of the first surgeon. The only reason I didn’t was because the other option was much closer to my home in Illinois. I still can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bogunovic and her team.
