Alex just completed a custom dining bench with storage in our kitchen/ dining area. It is solid wood construction, with custom finishes, hinges, and beautifully done. Matches our kitchen cabinetry as well. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and completely cleaned the site afterwards. Excellent fair price for excellent work. Highly recommend!
Alex has helped me on various projects including masonry work to fill in an old AC hole on the side of brick walls, installing central AC, eliminating a leak on old granite steps, putting up new dry wall and insulation in my garage, and putting in a sub-pump in my crawl space. Alex is a true craftsman and a Renaissance guy. I needed a 75 year old cabinet over my fridge cut down and redesigned to accommodate a new one..AND I didn't want to take it off the wall. Alex understands cabinet structure inside and out; rebuilt the front, trimmed/repositioned the doors and created a new graceful side piece. In record time with zero mess. Am also booking him to rebuild the side of an exterior dormer. He knows just the right material for that never-gets-any-sun-side that's rotting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Alex and his team were friendly knowledgeable and surprisingly quick! My porch posts and railing had rotted quite badly and he replaced the entire thing exactly how we wanted it at a good price.
