I show up, need a used tire. Lady and kid are there alone. kinda weird. She says someone should be back from lunch soon. I leave tire, go and grab some food, take my time. Come back, nothing was done, guy never came back from lunch and no one could get ahold of him. I don't know how you can keep a business going with zero communication and no organization. Id ask, but the guy is probably still on lunch. Took my tire to diamond tires. That's my place now.
