Incredible customer service and troubleshooting over the phone. My lawnmower stopped working mid-mow and I called 5-10 places. They were the only ones to pick up. I gave them the symptoms they asked me to send pictures and they helped my identify the issue myself. I tend to want to learn and fix things on my own so their advice was spot on. My mower was back up and running after they helped me find the issue. Thanks!!
Stopped by today because my power washer wasn’t running right. Jodie had a look and in less then 5 minutes diagnosed all my issues. I learned more from him in how to keep it running than all the YouTube and manufacturer suggestions combined. Thank you Sir and trust, you have a new customer for life!
Called about a string trimmer that wouldn’t stay running. They don’t service string trimmers because they a finicky but she walked me through some tips on how to fix myself over the phone.
I had them fix my riding lawn mower blades that were not engaging. They found the problem within an hour of it being there and they got it done in one day! They were extremely fair on pricing and let me know of future concerns about how.mg belt was worn down. I would refer them to anyone and will only take my small engine equipment to them now!
