New people every time they came to the house. Project management was probably the worst part. Had to call frequently wondering if they were ever coming back. Answer was always "we will discuss at meeting tomorrow". No supervisor of any sort ever showed up to the almost year long job. Work quality was ok at best. Couldn't talk to the workers because they're never the same, and can't talk to a supervisor because there isn't one. They installed the shingles in the winter and they didn't lay down. They did good work. my only 2 complaints not very good communication took long time to finish the job. Biggest complaints had to reduce roof 2 times coming back a 3rd time and the cost keep going up from what they said. Checked with other places to see what it would of cost me with them. Half the price. Really feel we were taking advantage of on what cost. wouldn't recommend .

Their assessment of the property damage was thorough and water damage mitigation/repair was completed in a timely manner and at a professional level. The drywall work was very impressive with no signs of drywall repair occurring. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the outcome.
