Spoke to Karen regarding an old collection debt of mine that had been paid for a few years, and asked if there's any chance of having it removed from my credit. She was super quick and efficient and to be honest, not at all what I was expecting! No one likes talking to a debt collector, but she definitely made this call fast and easy. Thank you Karen!
I had a good credit score and to 100% my fault and old gas bill showed up as a collection on my report. My heart dropped! Called here and can't remember who I spoke with but she was awesome. Payed the bill in full and she assured me they would clear it off my report. I don't usually believe to easily but within a week it was gone. 5 stars for sure.
