I used L&J roofing because of their good reviews and my wanting to support a local business to replace our roof after the gorilla hail storm. Responsiveness was ok but there isn't always someone there to answer during posted hours so prepare to play phone tag. We found a nice class 4 roof for our house and asked for a fairytale style roof. If I could give zero stars, I would. This business is a complete joke—always closed, impossible to reach, and run by people who have zero self-awareness or accountability. They dodge calls, ignore customers, and pretend to be something they’re not. Dishonesty and incompetence are the only things they do consistently.
