Awful experience . I spoke to the technician upon arriving, then signed in as instructed . Waited 30 mins while 3 other people without appointments were seated ahead of me- one a lady w 3 young children. I asked what was going on and she said “oh sorry she didn’t see me” . Then told me to go sit down when there were no seats left bc everyone had gone before me!!! I finally just walked out . Will never go back to this crappy place

i loved how gentle she was with my nails, only reason i didn’t tip like usual is because the ruckus in the background, overall tho the service was amazing! id definitely go back💛

The gentlemen that did my pedicure was great. I explained to him I wanted the $50.00 deluxe pedicure. When brought to the register he told me I get $3.00 off if paid with cash and he told me my total was 65.00. I’m not sure if he included his tip in this cost. I was caught on the spot and feel like I was taken advantage of. No extra cost or extras were asked about. I think $65.00 for a basic pedicure is over the top. No designs. Just basic nail polish.
