I've had auto and motorcycle insurance with them for 20 years. I had house insurance with them for 10 years. Put new roof on 2 years ago. My garage was in poor shape. Get a call stating my garage will not be covered, I got materials ordered and paid for. It would have been fixed and new siding before insurance expired. However after insuring my roof that has 2 flat sections, they wanted me to reconstruct my roof. This is after they changed to Inszone. Lady was very rude.
