I was their tenant 2 years ago, in the last 3 months of my rental I was told the owner decided to put the property on sale and since then I had agents coming in for photos (to put property online for sale) and then every other week I got notice from them to have random people- potential buyers access to my rental while I was still renting. They are not professional and responsive at all. I have called them few times but always told me will get back to me asap and they never called me back. They really dont care about others time. The day i really had a big argument with them about wasting my time, on the same day after few hours they called me back and told me my application hasnt been approved. They really need to learn to respect their customer's time.

I agreed to have a home open at 5pm for a place I was renting so they could get a new tenant. The realestate lady (Leoni Clymo) came early and let over 20 people into my house with all my possessions and stuff. Rooms unsupervised. So rude and so unprofessional to enter a home before the agreed time. She Said “didn’t realised you wanted to be here” even though I told her on the phone!!!!
