They all do well when it’s making the purchase in a house because they make a commission but when it comes to management they are hopeless. Paige is an absolute joke, don’t have her as a property manager. She wont answer calls and leaves you on hold for 20 minutes or longer and never returns calls. Definitely other property managers with better customer service then this. PUT YOUR MONEY INTO SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

Recently, I moved out from a rental managed by LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills, and my bond refund process was extremely unpleasant. During the final inspection, Katherine and Josephine raised numerous issues, many of which were unreasonable or already documented in the Entry Report. For example, they requested cleaning of marks on the external wall that were clearly from vine plants long before my tenancy (we only lived there for one year). Our property manager June Hu is simply rude. Every time I enquire something on the phone with her, she talks in a very aggressive tone as if almost scolding me. LJ hooker called 3 weeks ago regarding our lease renewal and I kindly requested if the landlords will do 1-year lease term.
