I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with this agency has been a nightmare from day one. Communication is non-existent; they ignore urgent maintenance requests for weeks, leaving us with basic habitability issues like leaks and broken appliances. When you finally reach someone, the staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, they are quick to charge hidden fees but slow to provide any actual service.
