I've bought and sold with Trent Hones in Mermaid Beach a few times over the years, and he’s hands down one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. He’s easygoing, honest, and always on the ball—nothing’s ever too much trouble. What really sets him apart is how well he knows Mermaid Beach. He understands the local market better than anyone and gives solid, realistic advice every step of the way. With Trent, the whole process just feels easier. Can’t recommend him enough.
This agency continues to send junk mail with numerous requests to stop. The agent Adam Sadler says they use the “Dear Resident” technique to try and bypass this. Still totally illegal and a violation of my privacy and the privacy of Gold Coast residents. I asked Adam Sadler to stop using this technique but he refused. Disgusting.
