I recently sold a property through LJ Hooker Broadbeach and could not possibly have been more happy with the result. Dean and Matt were very easy to deal with and walked me through the process of selling my first property. Matt actually managed to sell my property before it even hit the market and also managed to achieve a record sale for the building at the same time, incredible! They might have a good rate but they make you pay for everything. Waste of money and time if your an landlord better pay higher Percentage it cheaper in the long run. They always late with pay and if you want to get paid fortnightly will get you to pay extra . Keep away for them
