Rachel Prior has been our property manager since July 2021. She goes above and beyond for us and is always reachable via phone call, text, or email. Maintenance and tenant issues get addressed promptly and all maintenance works are carried out professionally. Her extensive knowledge of the rental industry is high and her friendly approach, bubbly and great personality are great bonuses. She takes time and effort to get to know her landlords and tenants. Constantly bombarding us with advertising pamphlets, clearly disregarding our "No Junk Mail" sign. If they can't even follow this simple directive, just imagine what other dodgy stuff they must be up to.
