Amazing work. Communication was outstanding, price was great and the work was done fast and efficient. They even came early and got started and finished all in the same day. A 10 year warranty along with being on top of all their contract and insurance paperwork made working with them a breeze.
I hired Luis for a job on 2/6. His communication was good and he was on time for the first job. However I hired Luis for a second job on 2/12. Luis did not show and it took for me having to reach out to get a response. We then rescheduled for 2/25 at 3p. I restructured my whole day for this appointment which again Luis did not show. I called and texted me and finally I heard from him at 3:45p he advised that he was still on a job and would reach back out with a ETA. Never heard back.
