Imagine the quality of the build if they aren’t even willing to have a clean site, or supply a required bin. These three homes in our neighbourhood have been a mess from the start, and taken an extraordinary amount of time to build.
If I could give this company less than 0 stars I would. LJ Home Developments built my property in 2023 with a slap dash effort and corners that were cut. I have been chasing them to fix these mistakes on the property since June of 2023 and they consistently ignore my attempts to contact them. LJ home developments’ Leo and Jerin are very unprofessional and unethical with their services. They don’t deliver what they promise and ghost you when you try and reach them. They also don’t abide the agreement reached with the government agencies like CBS. I would not recommend their services at all. Stay away from this business if you’re looking to have a good and peaceful build experience.
