I had to call as we had a bit of an emergency with our Mitsubishi Outlander on a Friday afternoon, and we were able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed immediately. Great service and communication - if I could give 6 stars I would.
I’m a solo female traveller and English is my second language, so I usually feel nervous about car repairs. But John was incredibly professional, honest and kind. He explained everything clearly, carefully looked after my car, and fixed the stalling problem. He even referred me to an A/C specialist, who turned out to be just as reliable. I felt safe, respected, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re new to cars or travelling alone. Thank you John!

Their customer service is second to none, and it’s clear they genuinely have your best interests at heart. John went above and beyond and really looked after me. Highly recommended.
I would recommend John to everyone I know and frankly trust him with my life. He is an incredible mechanic and so so so reasonably priced for the excellent work he does. He’s found and fixed every problem I’ve had with my car quickly and efficiently. After being messed about by a few mechanics before finding him I definitely won’t be going elsewhere.
