My husband and I moved out four months ago. Lee has told us he was sending our deposit check multiple times and we still don’t have it. Now he will not answer my calls or texts. Oklahoma law says deposits have to be returned within 45 days, but this company clearly does not care based on mine and others’ experiences. Highly do not recommend using them.
I moved out of one of their properties in late August, and still have not received my safety deposit despite written confirmation that it would be repaid in full. I have called several times and left voicemails throughout the past two months and have never received a response. They initially texted me that the check was mailed to the wrong address and they would correct the issue, but having texted them since then, I have received no response about the deposit. Uodate** My neice was the renter and the house on 2nd st is still empty. So proof he's a liar in his response. RUN AWAY!! Do not rent! Lee is terrible with communication and management skills. Wasted at lot of peoples time, money, rental trucks, storage units and backs trying to move in only to find the situation was literally unlivable. Then we had to hire movers to move what we had inside out!! because 2 people got hurt trying to move in. Lee took way too long to find solutions (he never bothered) and showed a massive lack... read more
