Five stars all around. I came to Lizzy G formals a week before I had my wedding and had no idea what direction I was going to go in with the style of dress I wanted. Joy had me in and out of 4 to 5 different dresses within an hour. I came back the next day with a decision on the exact dress. Managed to order it and get it altered just in time for my wedding^_^
AMAZING SERVICE!! It was my first ever time shopping for a prom dress, and once I came in I was welcomed with such gentleness and hospitality. They impressed me with their GREAT customer service and skills. I found my dress thanks to the wonderful people and advice. I truly have nothing bad to say about this formal store, loved everything about it.
Great friendly staff and owner. Very communicative through the entire process. Dresses are high quality and priced well. Update 2024: We have had great experiences shopping at this store. Had a fantastic time at Lizzie G Formals! I got to try on every dress I was interested in and the one that I didn’t expect to like ended up being what I walked out the door with (it wasn’t even the color I initially chose, but whoever’s decision it was to match the dress to my venue’s lightning was spot on). Macy was super attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with about music and movies as she helped me get dressed. The service here is incredible!! Everyone is so helpful and really care about your experience. There are so many beautiful dress options and jewelry picks. Overall I had an amazing experience getting my prom dress.
