AMAZING SERVICE!! It was my first ever time shopping for a prom dress, and once I came in I was welcomed with such gentleness and hospitality. They impressed me with their GREAT customer service and skills. I found my dress thanks to the wonderful people and advice. I truly have nothing bad to say about this formal store, loved everything about it.
Five stars all around. I came to Lizzy G formals a week before I had my wedding and had no idea what direction I was going to go in with the style of dress I wanted. Joy had me in and out of 4 to 5 different dresses within an hour. I came back the next day with a decision on the exact dress. Managed to order it and get it altered just in time for my wedding^_^
Great friendly staff and owner. Very communicative through the entire process. Dresses are high quality and priced well. Update 2024: We have had great experiences shopping at this store. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Large selection of dresses, sizes and designs. Quality dresses and a selection of low priced to high end designs. A must stop
Joy ruined our whole experience. Our goal was to find bridesmaid dresses that had a different cut but same color. We understand that this is difficult because of different makers and fabrics but we were recommended this place by another business and wanted to give it a chance. We were helped and measured by very kind employees but when we got to the fitting rooms things took a turn. The service was so bad. I asked to try on specific dresses and they gave me exact opposite dresses I asked for. The girl, Camille, that helped me try on the dresses had such a bad attitude. She tied on my dress so tight it cut off my circulation and it was hard to breathe, because the dress was 2 sizes down. She also gave me a dress 4 sizes up that didn’t even fit my waist. Horrible experience for dresses that are $500+
