We ordered flowers for a friend that lost her Mom. Our friend was not home at the original time of delivery and the driver took the time to text me and coordinate a better time for delivery due to anticipated high winds. I thought this was so thoughtful and kind to do. Will definitely use again because of this amazing customer service!
