If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in with real symptoms, real concerns, and real documentation tied to mold exposure—something that has drastically affected my family’s health. Go to see this provider at your own risk if you are searching for poor & incomplete care. During my first visit for my annual physical multiple core steps of a standard well visit were rushed through or skipped all together (ex: I had to for a basic urine screening that should be standard). Dr. Thomas did not even review my patient history notes and so I had to proactively bring up points I wanted her to address. I just called to make an appointment, the receptionist put me on hold and never came back. I called back 4 times, and a new person answered and was very short and unwelcoming as a new patient. No desire to be a patient her at all!!! If you don't want to work there, get another job. You should not be the 1st person people speak with.
