I have been seeing lizette off and on since i was 13 and im now 24. To say she's helped me, is an understatement. she's funny, commutative, gentle, and understanding. I truly feel she was made to be a counselor. I thank her and her office for being there when I needed them.

I used EAP for her services- I mention this because I don't know if this is the reason she treated me the way she did. Her office assistant emailed me several times to cancel appointments without any explanation and when I was able to get to an appointment without her canceling on me I waited 20 mins in her waiting room without any word on why I was waiting. I left without waiting for an explanation. The most unprofessional experience with a therapist I've ever gone through.
