Lizet has been a great Dermatology PA for me, but today she couldn't make my appointment because I was 7 minutes late (after checking in and paying). I totally understand that she needs to run on time but most offices warn about this, advise you to arrive early, and offer some flexibility. I waited an additional 7 minutes before someone came out to tell me. The office has also had trouble coordinating my referral which has been sent over multiple times in multiple formats.
Very good doctor listening to her patients concerns. Seems to really care about people. Highly recommend to others.
