I was really disappointed with the terrible customer service experience I had with La Follette OB-GYN. When I called over the phone and a $500 fee was mentioned, I was confused and wanted a to know if the fee was mandatory or optional. The person on the phone refused to give me a straightforward answer, became irritated with me, and put me on hold. They Charge an administrative fee of $500. The cost isn't on the website, but it is when you call. Don't question it because you'll get hung up on. It feels elitist to charge that much, and they seem to want specific clientele only. What a shame.
