I came to this salon with healthy, natural hair and a defined curl pattern. During my service, chemicals were put in my hair without my knowledge or permission. I was never told that chemicals would be used, and I did not consent to any chemical treatment. Since my appointment, my natural curl pattern has been drastically altered and portions of my hair are now straight. Lost another customer today.. I get to the shop at 9 am on the dot because I want to get in and get out.. they were slower than ever. Complete ghost town until 1030ish.. 2 customers walk in, so I’m under the dryer and I’m so dry my scalp is burning and what do I see?? Mary walked a lady from the wash bowl straight to her chair to get hand blown dry, set and Trim ahead of me. So I didn’t get out the shop until NOON while the other lady was in and out in 40 mins. I will NEVER be back! And I’ve been a customer for 3 yrs.

I normally do not leave reviews because hair indeed grows back and can get back healthy HOWEVER, my experience was actually unfortunate because I had high hopes. But after getting a blow out my hair is severely heat damaged like it looks like I got a perm and I have (had) 4A type hair. And I probably had over 6 handfuls of hair from the root come out of my head during my hair wash after the blowout! This was not normal shedding at all….
