Lady who answered over the phone was rude on the phone, thought nothing of it gave it a chance went on my 3:30pm appointment she was rude as well.. when I arrived to my appointment attitude problem kept telling me to redeem my Groupon voucher. she was talking nasty to one of her staff members and told me hurry we up we have other customers that have appointments, at that moment I got up said cancel my services because I didn’t feel comfortable with her attitude she was not welcoming at all or had the right energy to take car... read more

Worse mani/pedi of my life. First of all the woman answering the phones has zero training in customer service. She was rude from the moment she picked up the phone and just got worse from there. The girls that actually did my nails were very nice and sweet but they just have no clue what they’re doing in terms of filing, clipping and polishing. I’ve never had such a bad job done. Never again. Not only that but they overbooked clients and everyone was there waiting. What’s the point of making an appt?

SO RUDE!!!! I got late by 1 minute and I was willing to wait and pay what it says on the wall that $1 for every minute. On the phone, I clearly stated two people and she said you only said one person. I drove 40 minutes to get here during rush hour and she couldn’t be any accommodating. All the pedicure chairs were open and still wasn’t accommodating. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Rude!!!!!! They advertise on groupon and then the merchant said they dont make money on groupon so they cant accommodate. Stop waisting people time. You arw rude and should not do business if you dont like customers. 😒 dont buy a groupon or support thos business!!!
