Overall the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and do not go there. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful. She thinks she is doing a favor by taking Groupon clients. Why do they put their services on Groupon if she’s going to have so much attitude to do her job. She is very entitled, controlling and intimidating to clients. She straight up said “Do not come with a Groupon” next time. Such businesses should be shut down immediately. No quedé satisfecha con el resultado de mis uñas. El esmalte quedó mal aplicado y las uñas quedaron deformadas. El resultado, desde mi experiencia, no se ve profesional ni bien terminado.unas uñas quedaron más largas que la otra, Esperaba un trabajo mucho más cuidadoso y de mejor calidad Y la que contesta el teléfono no tiene un servicio al cliente profesional y los precios muy elevados. 0/10 aquí le muestro

Made an appointment this morning for 2pm. Arrived to the door locked and no one inside. No one answering phone either. Lights are on, open sign is lit up. Very disappointed. Edit to reply to owner. Yes I was late, by 13 minutes. I expected to have to wait or have my appointment shortened, not to be met with a locked door. I was not over 30 min late, it’s sad you have to lie. Please see screenshot that I called at 2:18 after knocking on the door and looking around for another entrance for a few minutes.

One of the lady who was doing my gel manicure was a very rude lady and she an awful French and the other one who was doing my pedicure were wearing very long nails it was too difficult for her to clean well my toes That's very unprofessional and nasty
