Be careful while signing an agreement with them. Their policies will rip you off and they will excuse it on their policies that you signed in an agreement. Scheduling of training/transition sessions at the clients expenses is one of the ruthless practice they follow. Staff is very unprofessional during the sessions, whole idea is to waste the time and charge the session. No real benefits of the services as well which you would expect.
