I had placed 2 orders from work, a week apart. The order that was placed July 1st had shipped and I'm still waiting for the order from June 26th to ship. They said it was due to making sure I received the best quality items and something wasn't right so they had to remake it. I received my order this morning from July 1st, I had ordered a maroon jacket size 2 xl, I just received an xs teal scrub top instead. 5 years ago this was a decent company now it’s just horrible. When you call them you call into a call center and they can’t understand you. Your uniforms are shipped out of Acworth Georgia🤷♀️, you can’t return them to the Centerville office anymore, so you have to pay for the shipping when they have no product description on any item on the website!! This is a joke
Super slow. Takes over a month to get anything. Shipping is too high and their hours are not convenient at all. They mark things off your order if it’s on back order and they don’t tell you until you ask about it or when you go pickup your order and it’s only half the order. Does not have good item descriptions on the Website. Wish our facility would find a new supplier.
